What does a mindful entrepreneur look like? There are a lot of parameters here, but what I look for in my guests are people who practice generosity through information and helping others because that’s what they do. They think of the people they serve as individuals and create conversations instead of hard-sell sales pitch after pitch. They have compassion for the needs of their customer and the world. When you meet one of these people, you know them and feel a natural trust because they are who they say they are.
All of those traits are present in this week’s guest, Kathleen Gage. I’ve followed her work for years and am pleased to be able to share some of her wisdom on the show.
Kathleen is a respected coach for entrepreneurs and authors on growing a business and marketing themselves with tons of experience in many stages of business. We talk about the value of a good business failure, keeping forward momentum, vetting partners and clients for the best possible outcome for everyone. That’s mindful business!
